I contacted Alex at RPM and outlined what I needed - stage 1 remap for my 2005 BMW M3. He responded very promptly outlining what should be possible, the cost and potential of limited risks involved. Having answered further questions regarding such risks I decided to proceed. A prompt appointment was made and I attended. Alex was there to greet me, explain in detail the process and reception accommodated my visit with coffee. The job was completed smoothly and quickly without any issues. The car’s performance is now sharper and feels fresher and more responsive all round. Great job Alex, many thanks!
