The vehicle was suffering from poor fuel economy linked to an EGR issue, so the customer decided to have the system electronically disabled alongside our Blend calibration. This provides a strong balance of improved performance, smoother power delivery and better fuel efficiency, without going as aggressive as a full Stage 1 map.BMW 335d Stage 2 package completed This one received: ✅ Stage 2 ECU map ✅ Decat pipe fitted ✅ DPF physically removed and deleted from the software ✅ EGR and EGR cooler delete ✅ Swirl flaps physically removed and deleted from the software Now producing approximately 370 bhp and 700 Nm, with much stronger performance and improved response throughout the rev range.Peugeot 308 in with us for an AdBlue solution and Eco Remap. The vehicle had an active AdBlue fault when it arrived, which we diagnosed and resolved by applying our AdBlue software solution. While the car was with us, the customer also opted for our Eco Remap, providing smoother power delivery, improved drivability, and the potential for better fuel economy on longer journeys. Everything was completed successfully, with all relevant resets and checks carried out before the vehicle left us.EGR software solution applied to this Vauxhall Vivaro after the EGR valve developed a sticking fault. The calibration was completed through the OBD port, preventing the faulty EGR system from causing further issues while improving reliability and drivability. The vehicle is now running as it should, with the EGR fault eliminated through software.Eco map applied to this Ford Transit Custom, completed safely through the OBD port. The calibration has been designed to improve low-end torque, throttle response and overall drivability, while also helping the van run more efficiently during everyday use.AdBlue solution completed via the OBD port. The vehicle arrived with an active AdBlue fault, but we successfully reset the system and cleared the warning. We then applied the software solution directly to the ECU, removing the AdBlue-related fault and restoring the vehicle to normal operation.
