Peugeot Boxer in for an AdBlue delete. The vehicle was suffering from an AdBlue system fault, causing warning messages and ongoing issues. We removed the AdBlue system from the ECU software, cleared the faults, and got everything working as it should. No more AdBlue-related problems, and the van is back on the road.Ford Ranger in with a common AdBlue system fault. We carried out our AdBlue software solution by recalibrating the ECU, removing the AdBlue-related issues and clearing the warning lights and fault codes. The vehicle is now running as it should, with no more AdBlue warnings or risk of a countdown preventing the vehicle from starting.Audi A4 in with an AdBlue system fault. After diagnosing the issue, we applied our AdBlue software solution directly through the ECU, disabled the faulty system and cleared the associated warning lights and fault codes. The vehicle is now running without the AdBlue countdown or risk of a non-start.Iveco in for a speed limiter removal. Using a ECU calibration, we safely removed the factory speed limiter by recalibrating the engine management software. The vehicle can now exceed the original restricted speed where legally permitted, allowing for improved motorway usability and more efficient long-distance driving.The vehicle was suffering from poor fuel economy linked to an EGR issue, so the customer decided to have the system electronically disabled alongside our Blend calibration. This provides a strong balance of improved performance, smoother power delivery and better fuel efficiency, without going as aggressive as a full Stage 1 map.BMW 335d Stage 2 package completed This one received: ✅ Stage 2 ECU map ✅ Decat pipe fitted ✅ DPF physically removed and deleted from the software ✅ EGR and EGR cooler delete ✅ Swirl flaps physically removed and deleted from the software Now producing approximately 370 bhp and 700 Nm, with much stronger performance and improved response throughout the rev range.
