Cupra in for some body kit repairs and upgrades. The customer needed a new front splitter fitted after the previous one had been damaged. We also re-secured the side skirts, as they were starting to come away, and re-bonded the rear spoiler sections where the original tape had failed. Everything was properly reset, secured, and the car was back to looking sharp again.Aston Martin DB11 in with us for a Stage 1 remap and exhaust flap delete. The vehicle had been having issues with the exhaust flaps sticking, which was causing the motor to fail, bringing up the engine management light and putting the car into limp mode. While it was in, we carried out the exhaust flap delete to resolve the issue, along with a Stage 1 remap on the V12 engine. With the power spread across 12 cylinders, the gains are delivered smoothly and safely, making a noticeable difference while still keeping the car refined and enjoyable to drive.VW Tiguan in with us for a nice mix of performance, maintenance and styling upgrades. This one had: Stage 1 remap DSG gearbox tune New spark plugs Side steps fitted Wheel spacers fitted Front splitter fitted A clean OEM+ upgrade package — sharper throttle response, improved gear changes, better stance and a much smarter look overall. The side steps and splitter finish the car off really well, and the spacers help fill the arches without going over the top.Range Rover Velar in for side step fitting. To fit these correctly, we had to tap the existing bolt holes so the side steps could mount securely to the body with proper strength. Unfortunately, the brackets supplied were incorrect and didn’t fit the vehicle. Once the correct brackets arrive, we’ll be able to bolt the side steps straight into the prepared tapped holes and finish the install properly.BMW 3 Series in with a swirl flap fault. The swirl flaps were disconnected and blanked off, followed by a software delete to remove the fault and prevent the issue from returning. A common problem on these BMW diesel engines, sorted properly with both the mechanical and software side taken care of.Valvetronic exhaust fitted to this BMW 3 Series. This system includes new exhaust tips, a smaller back box and a valved setup, giving the customer the option to switch the sound on or off when needed. A nice upgrade for better sound, cleaner looks and more control over how the car sounds day to day.
