Peugeot 3008 in with us for an AdBlue software solution. The vehicle had developed an AdBlue system fault which triggered the countdown warning. Before carrying out the software work, we completed the required resets to clear the countdown safely and make sure the system was in the correct state. Once reset, we applied the AdBlue software solution to prevent the issue from returning.Audi A4 in with us for an Eco map and EGR solution The car was having issues with the EGR system, with the cooler heavily sooted up and the valve becoming sticky. Over time, soot build-up can restrict the cooler and cause running issues, warning lights, and poor efficiency. We made sure the valve was fully closed, disconnected the relevant components, and applied the correct software solution alongside an Eco calibration. A much smoother setup now, with improved drivability and efficiency.Polo GTI in with us for a VUDU uprated intercooler upgrade This replaces the smaller factory intercooler, giving the car much better cooling capacity — especially important when running Stage 2 power. Lower intake temps, better consistency, and a much safer setup for the turbo when the car is being pushed.Rear diffuser and Milltek GPF/OPF-back exhaust system fitted to this Ford Fiesta ST MK8. A great upgrade for improving both the look and sound of the car. The rear diffuser gives the back end a much more aggressive finish, while the Milltek system adds a deeper, sportier tone without going over the top. This system also retains the valve setup, using the OEM valve controller, so the car keeps factory-style control while benefiting from the upgraded exhaust sound and appearance.AdBlue solution completed on this VW Transporter. The customer had an AdBlue countdown appear on the dash after already having NOx sensors replaced previously. Unfortunately, the issue returned, leaving the vehicle at risk of being unable to start once the countdown reached zero. As the customer needed the van back on the road for travelling, we managed to get it booked in as an emergency appointment and got everything sorted.Blend map completed on this Mercedes Sprinter. The customer was looking for a good balance between improved fuel economy and stronger performance, without going too aggressive for everyday use. A Blend map is a great option for vans like this, as it helps improve torque delivery, drivability, and throttle response while still keeping efficiency in mind. This means the van should feel smoother, more responsive, and easier to drive, especially when loaded or doing longer journeys. This one was completed via OBD, meaning there was no need to remove the ECU from the vehicle.
