We also fitted new wing mirror covers and a carbon fibre steering wheel to finish it off 👌 📈 Performance increase : +65 BHP / +120 Nm ⚙️ DSG map to match — sharper shifts, improved drivability and torque handling.BMW 118d Stage 1 Remap | RPM Sussex BMW 118d in with us for a Stage 1 ECU calibration — a proper upgrade in drivability and performance. ✅ More power & torque ✅ Stronger mid-range pull (perfect for overtakes) ✅ Sharper throttle response ✅ Often improved MPG when driven sensibly Before calibration we carried out live data checks to make sure everything was operating as it should — helping reduce risk and catch obvious issues early.🚗💨 BMW 3 Series 320d – Blend Map Upgrade This 2016 BMW 3 Series came in for a blend map, focusing on smooth performance and improved efficiency — all applied safely via OBD. ✅ Blend ECU calibration ✅ +30 BHP / +40 Nm ✅ ~7–10% improved fuel economy* ✅ Smoother throttle & torque delivery No engine-related faults present and the car drove perfectly on the test drive. A great upgrade for everyday drivability without compromising reliability.🛠 VW Touran 1.6 TDI – EGR Delete + ECO Map 🛠 This Touran came in with EGR-related fault codes and drivability concerns caused by common EGR issues on the 1.6 TDI engines. Diagnostics confirmed active EGR intervention, so we carried out an EGR software delete alongside an ECO map focused on smoother delivery and improved efficiency. ✅ EGR system disabled in software ✅ Fault codes cleared ✅ ECO map applied for better MPG and drivability ✅ Road-tested with everything working as it should A great solution for long-term reliability and day-to-day efficiency.🛠 Range Rover Evoque 2.2 TD4 – EGR Delete 🛠 This Evoque came in with an intermittent EGR fault causing the engine management light to return. Diagnostics and live data showed unstable EGR behaviour at idle, consistent with failing EGR position feedback rather than a DPF or airflow issue. ✅ EGR software delete completed ✅ EML cleared ✅ Road-tested with no faults returning ✅ Smooth drivability restored A common issue on these engines, and a solid long-term solution to improve reliability and prevent repeat faults.🛠 VW Golf 1.6 TDI – EGR Delete 🛠 This Golf came in with EGR-related fault codes causing intermittent issues and poor reliability. After diagnostics, we carried out an EGR software delete, removing the problematic system and preventing further EGR-related faults. ✅ EGR disabled in software ✅ Fault codes suppressed ✅ Improved reliability & drivability A solid solution for common 1.6 TDI EGR issues caused by carbon build-up over time.
